Charlene

CEO & Founder

Charlene is the Corporate Executive Officer of Dream Accessibility Consultants. She began this journey because is passionate about accessibility
for the personal and professional life of the disabled community.

She finished her studies in Business Management at Northern Virginia Community College and continued her
education with short courses with HEC of Paris, London University and Google. Shortly before, she recieved news that her left eye had glaucoma. She was born in Indinapolis, Indiana with Congenital Heart Defect.

Became visually impaired after a fontan surgery and stroke in 1990. Inspired by her own experience and always wanting to help those in need, she decided to open Dream Accessibility Consultants, with the goal to have accessiblity
avaliable for those who don't have access to them. Especially, in the minority and those in the Filipino community.

Venus

Vice President

Ms. Venus Terzella is currently a Federal Government Contractor specializing in Federal Manpower Human Resources, with 20 years of experience, in the Northern Virginia.

After an opthamologist diagnosed her with Keratoconus,she did her best with contacts and considered surgery. She then discovered cataracts in both eyes and proceeded with eye surgery in 2023.

Ms. Terzella is an advocate of disability accomodation, accessibility, and advancement.

Inoy

Treasuer/Financing

As the Treasurer, Inoy brings his 20+ years of experience as a United States (U.S.) Army Veteran. He is a marketing graduate from the University of The East and eventually recieved a Master's in Information Technology.

As an immagrant of the Philippines prior to joining the U.S. Army, then eventully settled his family to Northern Virginia after his last duty station.

Inoy is also a retired Federal Civil Servant and is now an advocate of hearing loss in one ear, which occured durinng military training in 2003.

Perlita

Secetary/designer

Perlita has been appointed as Secretary of Dream Accessibility Consultantss. She studied Early Child Education at Ilocos Sur Community College, Philippines 1972.
Immgrated to the United States in 1973 and studied Home Economics at Waipahu Community, before getting married to Inoy, supporting him through his U.S. Army career.

She had retired in 2010, but agreed to join to help the disabled community. Her experience with catatracts remvoal eye surgery in 2019 and 2022, along with the her open heart surgery
makes helping the disabled a forefront to ensure accessibility to those in need.
